Remember Hard Candy Cosmetics? Well, they are back and are at Walmart! There is not a Hard Candy holiday collection per se, but the line includes many glittering and shimmering items that are perfect for holiday looks. They even have glitter mascara!
I purchased some Hard Candy items at Walmart just last night and will be reviewing them on Beauty and Fashion Tech soon.
